[BW] Range AOE for lower rr

Hi,

Is there a viable skill for range AOE on BW?

Since you are very squishy with low RR, non-BIS gear and so on.
So I was wondering if there is such a possibility to play AOE without being in melee range and bomb from the distance?

I was thinking about this with a heavy usage of fiery blast and improved Rain of fires:
