Fleshrender lair

Hi ppl. By this page https://wiki.returnofreckoning.com/Fleshrender -> The boss should appear after player "use three valves starting from the one being down the hill" but when I approached the valves they are not clickable and I cannot summon the boss. Any ideas why?

The valves are not working and the boss is heavily farmed
I suggest checking every 30min for the boss to spawn(leave a char there to log in)
The boss spawn rate is 2h after kill so once you kill it you just go there in 2 hours again.

Dumb question probably, but why is he heavily farmed? Does he drop anything special?

regen jewels, usually solo bis

Regen jewels? Like HP regen? They any good for BO tanks?
And if so, where's that lair then, I might pay it a visit.

For any solo (healerless) tank they're good. The lair is in Kadrin Valley.
