[Shaman] Help with gear

Hi all,

Basically I have started playing as a Shaman and currently Level 11 so Tier 1 and I don't know what's the best gear sets to go to I have a RoR Career build I am following which is below but I don't know what gear set I have done the recruit emblem and got the braggat gear at the moment but where should I be going from there being a main healer ?
