Does anybody know where following gear can be found?


Shoulders. Have seen it on keep's guards, but never on players. Wiki says this is part of Havoc set.


Belt. Never seen in game. Wiki says this is Ruin set.

Vainglorious questline should provide all the appearance items shown in Appearance guide (viewtopic.php?t=37911) that are not part of set bonus parts.

Shoulders are Ruin Shoulders

Havoc doesn't include shoulders. If I remember correctly, I went and farmed for these on my zealot (the shoulders that are shown with the Havoc set), and they dropped from a T2 Hard PQ (Empire, Wayshrine of Signar). Item name was Echelon Wingmantle.
