[Mara] about the monstro stance self-healing. did some testing

I am referring to the self-healing buff that proc when using the Monstrosity stance. Did some tests today.
Apparently got these results:

1 - Self healing value doesn't consider your willpower. Always receiving 172 hp back with 0 or higher willpower.
2 - Investing into Monstrosity tree doesn't increase the healing value. Always receiving 172 hp back with 0 or full tree unlocked.

Should not be possible to increase the healing value by investing into the tree and with willpower stat?
Is it a bug or what?

Thanks

1. No it doesn't scale of any stat. Also why would you want it to scale of willpower? It's not like Mara's would want to stack willpower just for that.
2. Gift of Monstrosity is technically not part of the Path of Monstrosity, hence it doesn't scale of it. You can see it is part of core abilities in the Career Builder

thanks for the reply. I was just theorycrafting some niche builds around that.
But sadly it's not the case anymore
