All War Crest are gone

After a short break, all my War Crest have disappeared from my SH. There is only an empty space in the bag, they are not in the main bag and nowhere. Logged out and back in, they remain missing. That was quite a lot of War Crest as I was saving up for the Triumphant trinket, over 6k for sure. I don't know exactly how many because of the break, but it's more than just annoying.

Only the War Crest on my SH have disappeared, my War Crest are still there on all my other chars.
Last time i played was before the patch in december.

I hope you can help me.
