[WE] Fresh CR40 build

Hi everyone! Can somebody give advise for fresh cr40 witch elf build?
Mostly as a WE, i run solo, trying to gank some BW, SW. Cannot deal with WL and WH at all.
I use full str talis, and always trying to build full DPS build. Don't want to go DEF regen build at all, because i also run 6-man group with guild and sometimes SC.

As for gear progression my plan is: get 58rr, take 5 pieces of Vanquisher + 2 pieces of Sentinel gear (helm + accessory).
Weapons are: Subjugator + Dagger from Gunbad -> Fortress Weapon + Bloodlord Weapon
Is this a good plan?

As for renown points: FS x2 and other for crit.

As for build. Well, this is the case where i really need your advise.

Some thoughts about 2 viable builds:

1) This build can do big damage by using FA with 50% AP tactic. But really i cannot deal with mDPS, they hit harder.

2) This build can do nice damage by using AW. Fast kill BW and SW. But again, i'm got so weak defensives, cannot kill mDPS.

Gear plan is fine, 2fs + crit is fine too.

For build i'd go this one:

Quick stealth is too good. If you want more dmg drop sacrifices rewarded (works fine with 2fs though) and get taste of blood. You are very squishy but thats what you wanted. The initial burst is little less good if you dont have pre-build witchbrew stacks from earlier fights but you are more well rounded killer with heal debuff and quick stealth (which can be used offensively as well).

At higher ranks you can get armor pen from left tree while also having quick stealth and crit but that needs rr.

Thank you for your advice. I've tried to play with Witchbrew (the build shawn above) and it's good.

I've reached rr60 and get 5p Vanq + 2p Sentinel, also play with 2p Genesis of Warrior + is about to finish 2p lotd cloak + emblem of Assasins.

Stats: 33% crit, 1008 str (str pot)

For talis - still all STR, got 1008 str with str pot.
For RR - Full melee crit + 2 FS (anti-crit)

P.S. With this build I started heavily enjoy plaing WE. I kill things faster then I've never imagine))
My combo is: Opener - PierceArmor - KnockDown - AgonizingWound - use ElixirOfInsanePower(EoIP) - FasterAssaut
Most mDPS and rDPS with not sov equip/not deff build die after FA.
The huge minus of my build is that I don't have vanish and heal reduction.
In 6-man i ask my teammates to bring heal reduction, in Solo i use Kiss of Death for WP/RP/AM.

Thats fine, its kind of all-in build with insane opener but less escape plans but if you enjoy it that's your spec then. One thing to consider though is to use elixir earlier so your knockdown and first autoattack benefits from it as well.

I thought Treacherous leap doesn't stack with the other 15% dmg boost tactics?
