I will relay this internally to see if there is anything we can reproduce or look into, albeit there's not much information we can work with so try to share as much as you can.

Please try to do the following:
- Recording long footage of the bug happening.
- Gear Screenshots
- Stat Screenshots
- Combat Logs of the issue you think is there
- Comparison with another Sorcerer with similar/idential stats/gear on same targets?

I do have 1 question that could help:
- Have you or your friend been debolstered recently exactly prior to the bug happening the first time?

This could be useful information if you were to remember.

I asked a lot of sorceres on the server. they have no problem and good for them
We are two sorceres from the guild who have the problem.
it's incomprehensible.
I played hundreds of hours a lot, saved tens of thousands of patches to get this gear. I log in and nothing. I have the right to ask why and have answers, I have been involved in the server for almost 10 years and I have never asked or asked for anything
Like it or not, I've been playing ROR for 15 years. many players on the server know me and know my efficiency, my level of play and the impact of my sorceres. from today to tomorrow I do less than half damage, almost no crits,
I have the impression that my character is being changed for a level 20.
I try to express myself as clearly as possible although I don't don't speak English well.
I know my character soon Rr 84 and when we lose more than half damage, when we write more on a witch than we play day to day we see it immediately.

Regardless you may want to record more than 5 seconds of the problem so the dev team can actually try to see if they know what's going on.

It sounds like the opposite of the bug a few years ago where you could get the crit rate and damage over 100% by dying from self-damage.

I had often problems with debooster mainly tactics with procs stop working but it got fixed if relog. If there are test dummies with 0 resist it should be relative easy to test how the things are working.

I disconnected one evening after RvR and I came back the next day and I made half the damage without having done anything.
It is difficult to test with a witch who has the same equipment. Not many of us have this level of equipment

Namless I spent hours on the models of the capital. It's been two days I've tried everything. We also connected order figures to do the tests as you can see in the video I posted. 100% black magic, 286 bonus damage and I do words of pain at 584... Never seen before.
If there were no problems I wouldn't be here trying everything to make myself heard and understood

Traininig construct have ~23% anticrit chance, your crit chance is 53%. Out of 100 hit 30 will be crits.

what is written on skill tooltip notes as damage numbers?

I want to add also my story.
As a member of destro guild few months ago we decided to make order characters, I used to play a lot order and I have few rr80+ characters there. I picked my WL rr83, renamed it, and since I played it (past month or so) its dmg is drastically lower then other guild members on same class. I didnt have a chance to take screenshots, because I thought it was maybe my outdated gear (5 sov, 2 Sent, 2 Conq) or spec or something. But even after changing gear to 4 Sov 4 Triump I still see 20-40% less dmg numbers compared to other WLs in same guild Raid.

Partly I have same problem on choppa rr82 now, but here I found issue, some aoe skills (lotsa choppin) arent registering any dmg to targets.

My conclusion: there is something off after 11.03 patch addressing procs. I mean I know WL was heavy relying on them before, but after patch there are WLs doing massive numbers and some other dont. I dont know where it comes from. And yet, there are some other classes aoe skills that act wierdly (slayer ID doing wierd dmg, Flurry/Lotsa Choppin sometimes not registering dmg at all.
