Lost items overnight

I lost all of my war crests over night, items seemed to be moved around in my vault, random items duplicated themselves like tome unlock items as well as also disapearing. Very bizarre, but losing those war crests is pretty significant and I worked really hard to accumulate them.

Can you please give us as much information regarding what might have caused this issue? Any prior or after screenshots, last played, activity or anything can help us identify it!

Thanks for the quick response! Last played was 9 pm yesterday PCT, logged on this morning and the inventory space where my crests were are completely gone, it was not a visual bug. I don't have a before picture so all I could provide is a screen shot of the 16 crests I just accumulated after a few scenarios. Was there a system reset overnight?

*edit* I also don't use and mods, last logged off at the TM order warcamp. Idk if this helps but my account was made during server beta when things were very buggy?

As for the duplicating items, it has been so severe that I have been deleting items from my vault to make room, so I don't have any screen shots, however this is a common occurance so next time my vault / items bug out I will take screen shots.

Was able to recover a pair of boots that were sold on a merchant to provide some evidence. I am afraid to continue playing, saving up more war crests to end up nowhere. PMed screenshot.

Also happened to me. It's like my personal bank was robbed! I lost SO MANY items. Armor sets, trophies, event items.
The items in left over in my bank are moved around, and most of it all is gone.
Sucks big time. 8(

Can you clarify that it was the Currency Tab of your bag where they disappared? Or was it in your normal tab of your bag, or player bank?

Can you give us more information, where the Crests were in your Currency Tab? Which line, which slot etc?

Yes something weird was hapening today, i believe some of my recent gear deleted from bank and destroyed items where back, it was after some lag loging recently.
