encountered this a few times on my WE when soloing, Can say it threw my off my tempo enough to miss the kill a few times.

Speed buff procs are why I use HalfMoon when solo roaming instead of Nightless. Speed procs are phenomenal when roaming.

I been using improved flee on my toon, because its reliable, and doesnt break with abilities. Been thinking on trying quick escape but atleast on engi and magus i would probably just break the buff myself while dotting ppl. Improved flee aint bad either tho.
