Casttime reduction Bug

Since last patch Shamans Waaagh 5 set back the casttime.

AM's High Magic 1-5 reduce the casttime.

Its already on the bugtracker but labled as feature-request.
It could be misinterpreted because logically its only a feature request if its work like intended.

The closed dublikat was labled as heavy-bug as the new 3rd entry.
This raise the question of the priority to fix it
heavy bug > feature request
