IB 2H - Best item combination at the moment

Guys, I'm playing IB and I confess that I've never had any major problems since the regen skill was mercilessly removed xD

That said, what would be the best item combination today, from armor, weapons, jewelry, for an IB 2H focused on a group of 6 people?

I would decide if you want to build towards a specific proc, or you want raw stats. There are different 2-hander armor sets that will achieve different things. Warlord and blood Lord are both 2 hand sets, but with different bonuses.
