Why RoR wouldnt just do it like Aor? Even with 9aoe cap you couldnt have more than 6x same hot/dot/Rune of battle or anything. Who here thinks that RoR pvp quality would improve, like alot with 9ae cap/6x effect cap on target. VS the current 24 ae cap and no effect cap on target?
If you think pvp quality is better with current version pls explain=) Old GCD 1.15s vs now with 1.5s Also takes instant abilities in 10s from 8 to 6. These are the biggest issues regarding the quality of pvp and skill required to be effective in PvP and for years in RoR you only need 1-3 aoe abilities to spam. You dont even need to target anyone, just spam dat aoe is the current skill lvl required to PvP.
