Dissolve IX weapons?

Hi there,

On live there was an Epic quest that gave this to WH only. I recently noticed that WE/WH have an offhand with this proc.

Are there any other weapons that have this proc for other classes? I see it on WL / BL armor but specifically looking for weapons.

played RoR since start basicly and the armor debuff weapons that I think u talk about bin gone for most classes that only do physical dmg, have never seen it for my SL since RoR start sadly. Is hoping for a change with maybe Dark Promise or Tyrant tho

Thank you. That's what I suspected. It's amazing how deeply some classes can debuff mitigation against their damage type and also bypass avoidances vs some others. It's certainly not equal.

no its not equal at all, amgic dmg classes dominates more in RoR then they did in WaR
