You mean rr 75 weps? You can't really lock bis gear behind a nieche gamemode that no one really plays or you will make a lot of people unhappy.

Maybe there could be other incentives to blow some new life into ranked. The mmr removal would also be a good start.

Scenarios are unplayable without premades so idk what ranked would do unless it was mandatory to solo queue maybe ...

Scs are unplayable pm vs pug. Sc are hideously boring pm vs pm cos of how nerfed dmg is. Take your pick.
