Looking for a specific quest item(SM appearance)

I am looking for a specific Item appearance for SM
the first one is: https://killboard.returnofreckoning.com ... 908/quests
It said that it was from a quest, but it shows an error on my screen so I don't know which quest it came from. All items from the same quest have the name 'Alliance' on them too.

The second one is: https://killboard.returnofreckoning.com/item/655068
And this one, I have no idea where it came from.
Anyone got any clue?
