How Mara pull isn't affected by CC, when it's 2 second cast time ability? You think what will happen, if you KD/Stagger Marauder in middle of that cast?

Do you mean Elixir? I don't think it was removed. It was just shifted over to Elixir of Insane Power, which gives 25% armor pen and the move buff now, instead of 50% armor pen. Additionally, stealth resets Shadow Leap's cooldown and oils/elixirs don't share a cooldown anymore, so you can use Elixir of Shadows and Shadow Leap if you ever disconnect. So on paper at least, they should be harder to kite.

Why impale to 10s cd?
It was mara bread n butter...
Someone found mara too complicated and wanted to just stay in 1 stance?

Nevertheless, thanks for youre work but that change seems bit of a bummer. ;(

We'll see how it goes but:
Speed buff removed from elixir, but...
Insta in-combat invis upped from 2 to 3 secs
Stealthers get a charge now
These two things DON'T SHARE a CD, so they can chain instastealth+charge (or viceversa)
Tactic for constant speed buff+regen to incógnito,
40% snare in ignore armor new look sac stab...

Not that they have exactly crippled the class mobility...

That's why I said 2H tanks, SnBs atleast have 2nd roll for defense. Abilities like this is a morale material, not a cheap ability which will be available on all builds and at all time.
It's not that big of a change though due to the strikethrough changes you need to be above ~60% parry after potential debuffs for it to have any change as the old rampage was 20% and you get ~10% from strength, If a 2hander is viable, then it really makes no difference. Sure can do 20s duration with a long setup like old days, but also no more off-gcd pop whenever.

Why has Ruthless Assault been nerfed to 5 feet, while Trial by Pain hasn't?

It requires pet to be within 5 ft range, not WL. Pull itself is still instant 65 ft range...
