Hi, I can't find some exotic 2 tiken mount items in my backpack anymore

1 small scorpion mascot

a cloak I can't remember the name anymore..

Good luck, I was missing an item from my bank last month, was told they don`t replace missing items.

Some time ago the same thing happened then I made a ticket and they returned it to me.. let's hope they find the time this time too.. the team has a lot of work and they are always kind
