The T2 zones were ghost towns. On Live and on RoR before the merge.
People were running resources and hitting empty keeps. As soon as there was an enemy they switched to their t4 or t1 Character.
live is a long time ago but i cant remember those zones were ghost zones.
but i am not saying i want seperate t2 and t3. T2 zones should be for level below 40. meaning t2t3 combined and oh no you wouldnt have 3 warbands vs 5 warbands or whatsoever. you would have some decent nice little fights along your way to 40.

but yea. people can enjoy the zerginess of this game, i just cant
T2 zones were Ghost zones on live, and they were here on RoR once T4 was released.
I am so happy the merged all zones except T1.

What balance are these players talking about, in blob vs blob ( which is 90% of the content ) bigger blob wins 9 out of 10 times no matter the balancing, solo and small scale gets discouraged with every single change more and more... Most of actual changes just favor old players that have infinite resources comparing to new players.. new genesis changes also make zero sense pay more for less stats that again favor ranged classes like everything else

thats not what I meant. lvl 16-39 is what I say, (below 40) and also it wasnt ghost zones. what do you define as a ghost zone? only a 12vs12 fight from time to time? yea fine for me. those who like zerging have no skill and no idea of mmo's but thats just my opinion. And the game is .. ah you know what, forget it, i dont care anymore.

It was a 18 player pug warband taking empty keeps while 1 or 2 people solo run boxes.
When the 18 player pug warband was hit by an organized 12 men it logged off and went back to leveling.
Leaving the 12 men alone in the zone.

Well, back in time the game had a lot of issues. That is the reason when Wrath of the Lich King launched 2 months after the release of WAR the huge majority of the players dissapeared.

City Sieges: back then to siege a city was a very hard process to be applied in now game because demanted a lot of players to be live.
You had to lock not only tier 4 areas but also tier 1,2 and 3. And also to lock 2 maps(for example dwarves vs greenskins and empire vs chaos).That is the reason that we had like a couple sieges in 1 month.
With now days population is not easy.

Gearing: The top end gear was droping in City Sieges only but because it was a selten thing, it was hard to farm it.
However that is something that devs can work on it. They can and they should make city sieges more relevant because for me and for many people, the reason we stop the game is because we are tired to run around with zergs or between zergs in the same areas daily.
The end game of WAR was always the City Sieges.

Balance: In release and after....THERE WAS NEVER CLASS BALANCE. I remember people crying all day for WItch Elves, Ironbreakers, DoKs etc etc. I am sure now we are in a much better spot according balance.

LOTD: Well it was not in the game with release and was not in the game even when the majority of players left.
However it can also be improved and become more relevant than the zerg fest that is now.

For me, in general the game is in a much better spot right now than ever. The only thing that should be worked is the gearing methods and to make City Siegs and LOTD more relevent.
