Re: I dont wanna be rude but... what?!
Editting this one after staff clearing up some pointless banter cause this one i cant somehow delete. So at least ill try to remake it to add some sense at least, for those who may read the thread and missed out banter.
There was a comment with a point that true test of skill is 1v1. Its a very common misbelieve, duels are always down to two things, a build and GCD management. Builds are usually has super hard counters on 1v1 levels, its literally just kind of a chess game with rock-paper-scissors. Usually even regular solo roaming in orvr is more way more skilled than duels, because you may get interfere and then GCD management + movement of yours becomes even more crucial. With 1vX you are usually have very very low amount of space for mistakes but in duels weights of your build and how hard it counters what enemy has way more impact then your GCD management.
This is a group teamplay based game. True test of skill is 6v6 and any preorganized fights of similar numbers up to 24v24. Why? Because at the levels of 6v6 and upwards, its now not only about you or your build but about how whole your party is build up, what it shines at and how it operates. This becomes a synchroswimming competetion. Why its different then in many PvP games? Because it very fast paced and very timid, succes of your group scoring a kill now greatly depends on how well whole your group will time all your actions simultaniusly and in coordination. Its not just press W or S and 123 like super blob 200v200 (even those fights has skills, but they are mainly movement dependant, you wont press many buttons because things will exlode very fast, but how well you move will be a main gamechanger in such fights), but the bigger the scale the lesser it depends on how well you manage GCDs, simply because on very big scale you will have close to nothing to manage.
