New campaign sneak peak?

I think 95% of the players are very excited and nervous about the announcement of the upcoming new campaign.

Would it be possible to give us a sneak peek at what's to come? Mechanics? New areas? Anything? Date of release or test on PTS?

I want the Tyrant equipment appearance

It could just be me, but I feel like the decrease in lockout penalties are not a good idea. There are already times where it feels like zones are "alley-oop'd" into forts for one side via the timer. The new system sounds like it encourages realm swapping even more unless there is a server wide AAO mechanic.
