I'm falling in love with SC's

These SC's this weekend have been an absolute blast. You win some, you lose some. You get stomped on occasion or you do the stomping. You fight in a blob, toe to toe, you fight off in the corner of the map in a 2v2. Que up on you BIS main or on your fresh 40 and have a good experience either way. No healers? No problem, neither do they, and all the low HP bars make everyone excited for the looming kill. As someone who has mostly avoided SC's for maybe the last 6 years, GG!

Absolutely. Hadn’t played them in ages as pops were so slow, but no they’re popping very fast and it’s an absolutely blast. Queue system is also much better, you still get the occasional mismatch, but generally it’s much better balanced.

I’ve always played SC primarily.
It’s always been the best content in the game. In SC, what matters is strategy (assists, tank punts, CC), not mindless AoE like in blob fights.
Of course, there are often people who go into SC with useless AoE builds, but not on the same scale as in ORVR.

Now, playing SC is a completely new experience. Sure, even now and then there might be a slight imbalance in an SC setup, but that’s rare.

Want to play with a friend in a tank-plus-DPS setup? No problem. SC will have a healer (or not—but then the opponents won’t have one either). Want to play DPS plus healer? No problem—SC will have tanks (or no one will have them).

As far as I’m concerned, the new matchmaking is, right after the “tank rework” and the “WS/INI changes,” the best change in the game. A positive change, of course.

Scenario's strong suit has always been variety. With the new weekly system you aren't locked into one single scenario for the entire weekend getting blapped by the same premade over and over.
Fley - Zealot Domoarigobbo - Shaman
Squid - Squig Squit - B.O.

The scenarios are better indeed. I've been enjoying them since the rework.

RvR has been unfun for a long time, just a blob mentality. The changes to the campaign can't come soon enough. I think 98% of all the development resources should be allocated towards fixing the RvR campagin( which is still the beating heart of this game).

Whilst i enjoy the scenarios, they do get tiresome and repetitive after some time and can't replace the ''open world'' feeling of the RvR experience. Hence why we need to have fun campaign back, Introduce anti blob mechanics, fix endgame goals for City etc,

Maybe even expand the zones, unused PvE areas are ripe for expanding the RvR lakes.

we often forget the good things that happen to us and focus on the bad things or things that we feel need to change... so im glad to see this post and that others realize how big of an improvement the sc rework was/is.
never had as much fun in scs before (including my time in the original war and that other very big mmo)!
