a friend of mine is having problems...

A friend of mine tried to create an account but it says that his IP has been banned and he dont know how to solve this problem.
Sorry for my bad english (i´m spanish). And thank you for your attention and understanding :).

His IP is flagged for spam. Easiest way for him/her - create an account at yours.
