I think destro keeps need to be equipped with Khaine's Wrath.
Word of Pain and Boiling Blood are no longer able to proc anything. The Bright Wizard College has confirmed this is a big deal. (stealth nerf)

Hell no for pity ticks, need to promote fighting not afk'ing at the wc even tho the situation aint great right now.
Open 2 zones at a time, if both are locked 1 zone is open and there is more of chance that the underpopulated realm will be more organised or atleast more gathered up and not be so demoralized after losing a 60v10 fight that we see currently.

I understand your guys points about it being a roll over and non-incentive to fight and I agree.

However, as I said in my initial post, this isn't to fix the zerging issue. This is, like the title said, a quick bandaid for ORvR.

There already is no incentive to fight the Order zerg everyone's multiple responses and posts have made that abundantly clear. So if there is no incentive to fight the zerg what can be done?

Rehauling the ORvR system will take a significant amount of time that is just implicating it, not considering the amount of time it will take to decide upon what ORvR system will fix these issues.

The pity tick will make it at least so those who are being victims of zerg will not have to reroll to the majority faction in order to progress a character at a speed that is now slower than that of a slug. Granted SC's are a great way to progress as well but not everyone wants to just mindlessly grind SC's.

The pity tick makes it so that even the underdog can progress, albeit slower than the dominating realm. This could deter xrealming as well as help return players to their minority realm.

The pity tick is also a relatively "quick" fix. I do not know how long it would take to implement or change the coding. However, thinking logically, I think everyone can agree that adding a pity tick is a lot faster than waiting for the inevitable rehaul of the ORvR system.

Once again like my post said at the top, this should not be a permanent fix. Meaning this should be a means to supplement the minority realm so they are not left in the dust while the new ORvR system is being determined.

That means either we can keep the pity tick if people decide they like it, OR the pity tick will be removed once the new ORvR system is implemented.

I cannot see another way to provide a quick temporary relief to those getting frustrated by the zerg. I was tired of playing as the zerg on Order so I rerolled Destro and I'm tired of getting decimated by the zerg (though I do enjoy having an actual fight rather than moving with an amorphous gathering of ranged dps).

I understand people are tired of the zerg and this most likely will not fix the zerg. However, it could help encourage players who wanted to progress Destro but were unable to because of the current zerg to return.

Tell me how this is a bad idea? And please before you respond actually read the initial post and this post. It can get annoying having to repeat ideas that have already been previously stated.

i dont get it, population is 50:50 or near that. why is it not possible to fight the "order zerg" where are all the destro players and why dont they fight?

where are they? on sc, in t1, on pve,
it can even be 54% for destro and you still will only see order zerg,
just because ppl don't want to be farming like idiots by order

well if your ppl are all low levels that came from t1 directly in t2 , no tanks guards and dont def healer well...... :D

i dont get why bolster should help ppl from t1, ppl from t1 need to stay in t1, learn the game and then move in t2.

i like try 1 x day to help pugs wb do something in rvr and i assume others do it too but no one listen and learn.

Its not impossible but only a few groups have the mindset of running a double sorc bomb group, most dont enjoy it becasue its boring. also destro simply have a better mentality and prefer skilled pvp encounters not taking down a single player or keep guard with 60 players.

Pop numbers dont show where players are, so you may see 100 order players in t2 RvR and the 100 destro players are split up

so destro doesnt go rvr (besides they have larger number in players) because they dont want to get "farmed by order zerg" and because of that they "get farmed by order zerg" ?

Everyone is so focused on keeps this and keeps that. We need a system that encourages fighting players not doors.

It sounded like Aza was going to add AAO, which in my opinion will be a huge step in the right direction.

50 kills in a group should give more renown then afking at a keep take and right now it doesn.t
