So you don't like chaotic action? Also, did you play it alone? If so, you did it wrong lol.CarlistRieekan wrote:Don't get me wrong, please. Yep, I played alone (I joined random queues). This might be the reason I did not enjoy it.Razid1987 wrote:So you don't like chaotic action? Also, did you play it alone? Re: Vermintide
I'd say it is. It's an AMAZING co-op game. So boring alone. Have HAVE to play it with 3 friends. Not even 2 friends is enough. The bots ruin the experience completely. Just play the campaign on Hard or something. Great funCarlistRieekan wrote: Yep, I played alone (I joined random queues). This might be the reason I did not enjoy it.

I've managed to get a pug team with which I could complete two campaigns on Hard, it's not impossible if you figure that your pug team is strong as can be in Normal, when people play together well.Buzgit wrote:The game's too buggy and without friends to play with, challenging diffculties are just impossible with pugs, i'll try it again at the releasee, hoping those two issue will be solved.

People who have questions about the weapon variety in this game, and state that it's lacking..
These are the weapons every class can get;

Played the Witch Hunter and Dwarf Ranger the most in the 10 hours I've spent killing Skaven. It's a shame the loot system is a bit too RNG orientated; basically you have a chance of 1/6 with six dice thrown to get an item, scaling in rarity the more dice you get with a value on its one side, while in the campaign there's various hidden tomes and Grimoires you can pick up to increase your roll chances. Managed to get one blue Flask that has a 4.0% chance to add poison damage to my attacks. The fun thing is, you can see this trinket appear on your character's armor. Also managed to get a Dwarven rifle, which i immediately switched out for the crossbow. Blasting Skaven from a mile away has never been more fun, let alone hurling ammo through a row of them.
The Witch Hunter is also powerful with its ranged attacks since he has dual pistols, but they're more medium ranged and you require to stand still completely for rapid fire. Witch Hunter has some amazing crowd control and is able to take out Stormvermin and other strong classes from behind very effectively with its charged attack.
