AUTHENTICATION F FAILED

Hello

i discovered yesterday about RoR and i was excited because i used to play a lot WAR back in the day.
I downloaded the game and the launcher and whenever I try to play i encounter 2 problems:
1)AUTHENTICATION FAILED

2)NO CHARACTER CREATION

What should i do?

i saw in the forum that u must download a vpn , i did.i downloaded hotspotshield and nothing happened still i get the authentication fail.

PLS HELP ME IM SO EAGER TO PLAY

i uninstalled hotspotshield and then the game was working, after some time i was disconnected from the server.
now it gives me an authentication fail again
wtf is happening?
