Cant login with german ISP (vodafone)

Hey

i cant log in with my german umts (3G) internet provider vodafone.
The Clent only shows Logging in.....

The log shows me:

When i use another umts provider (Telekom) I can connect and play the game normaly.

Is this a known issue and a fix available?

I've dealt with this problem with another player in the past, it was only resolved because he got a new ISP that wasn't blocking out services. You might be out of luck with vodafone.
