Don't log out in the capital city and you'll be fine I assume.

I thought in live you got double rested XP when logging out in Alt/IC and regular rested XP when logging out anywhere else.

how exactly does rested exp work? If i havent played a toon in forever but its in aldorf or ic one day when i log on it will be level 31?

Can you clarify this:

"Renown stats of all types are now correctly sent"

In your character screen, your stats should now reflect renown investments.
