I know that the skill Rampage can bypass the Morale 1 parry, which it should not (perhaps if rampage was up prior to parry being cast? but once m1 is engaged it should override it

I've seen WL pounce out Champs Challenge (without unstoppable/immovable) albeit I didn't see if feline grace was up - but as Penril says, Morale should always override skills, and renown abilities too imho (a tank popping resolute defence and using Champs challenge should not make the target immobile and be free to move himself (like on live)

I also feel that quite a few Morale 4s could use buffing (when we discuss balance) as they should convey something worth speccing so many points into (see 1001k, excommunication) as many are complete trash. It would also lead to more varied specs

There's no support in the code for different tiers of stats, so morale stat boosters will need to be +200 or +300% instead

Feline Grace can't break Champion's Challenge, but it can block it. Same goes for any other skill that gives root immunity, because I was told that CC respected root immunities.

Afaik, the only thing that should block morale root/stun is unstoppable/immovable triggered by immunity after being stunned/rooted, not from a (free/core) ability - otherwise it's complete trash. It's hard enough getting a target champs'd with all the free immunities being given out from broken staggers, weak AoE KBs etc for the core root break to also give protection too

I agree with some M4s are rubbish. I'm not sure if you are saying 1k1 is bad, but I think it is amazing. I remember WPs on Live were forever crying on the forums for a comparable M4 in their heal tree.

Unless you were comparing 1k1 and Excommunication (I'm not sure what Excommunication is, and I'm at work and can't look it up bcoz GAMES websites blocked), and Excommunication happens to be the WP M4 up the healing tree.

He is saying that 1k1 and Excommunicate (a 15 sec, 100% incoming heal debuff for WHs) are excellent M4s, and the rest should be buffed to their level.
