CS reducing dmg by 25% means CS wins. but it also takes 2 tactic slot to cancel both tactics from Kotbs and you loose your sheild wich is more then 5% dmg to you. But less dmg to group. Asuming healers can keep you up
can get 90-110% if they slot a tactic. Slayers can also get something like 41-159% crit dmg but i don't think many Slayers run that tactic as healers tend to try and keep people at as high health as possible. So i exluded em.
