At R40 as Skirmish spec yes it is. This is also assuming you are at ~0% chance to be crit or else you will just blow up to Sorcs and the like while pugging.

You kind of blow up to sorcs regardless so it doesn't much matter.

That's what healers are for. I only start to blow up to the computers (people who have NB strings to pretend they're good), and even then if you have good support you'll be fine.

You never blamed NB for anything, ok. I implore you to lay off the booze, since you seem to suffer from selective amnesia.
