I got the same problem (some other guys do too). but according to main page (and Azarael) server is online.

Tried again, still tells me server is offline like the image posted by Alfinnete.

After sucess login receive DC and no work to me.

Hmm, assuming no region block has been adopted (really hope that isn't it), I'd dump that AVG nonsense and get yourself malwarebytes anti-malware free; infinitely better tool. Apart from that I never seen this problem before.
