Launcher Error IPport

Issue having a small window in launcher "ERROR IPPORT" blocking me from entering the client
Tried this (the only tip ive found here):
In cmd(as admin)
netsh winsock reset catalog (resets winsock entries to install values)
netsh int ipv4 reset reset.log (resets ipv4 to install values)
netsh int ipv6 reset reset.log (reset ipv6 to install values)
rebooted

Still the same error
