Trying to make an Ironbreaker

Hello, I'm thinking of making a Dwarf Ironbreaker as my first character for role-playing, but I was wondering if anyone could help me figure out how to make one and how to use the Career Builder to make my character's class. I already have a personality for my Dwarf Ironbreaker in mind, but I was wondering if anyone could help me choose the right traits via Career Builder. If anyone can help me or give me useful advice, I would be very thankful!
