Character bodies not showing, just their weapons

Logging into RoR for the first time since the big patch on the 10th. On character select, all i see is the floating weapons of my characters. When i select a character, the weapons do their selection flair, but still, no body is holding them. Logged into game, anyway, and all the people running around are missing. Their weapons are all that i see. Sure, i could play that way, but with a LOT of difficulty.

Tried changing my graphic settings. Started on High Quality with shader performance checked. Unchecked shader, restarted game. No change. Left that unchecked, changed from High Quality to Balanced, restarted game. No changed. Rinse and Repeat with all the other options. Didn't make a bit of difference in anything except how bright my background is.

Does anyone have a clue how to fix this? i don't get to play often anymore, so when i do i don't have the time to spend digging into why the game isn't working as intended.

I had the same issue, after using the repair function in the launcher (the little gear button in the top right corner gives you the option) everything returned to normal (takes a while). Not sure if it works for you, but worth a try.
