[AM] mechanic reset skill

other classes have mechanic helper skills.
BW - Meltdown, Sorc - Dhar Wind, SM - Sudden Shift, BO - Changin' Da Plan
AM/Sham need such skill.
going back to 0 mechanic.
AM - Harmony, Sham - Forget it!

add something(dmg or heal) like Meltdown or simply reset like Sudden Shift, it doesn't matter.
mechanic reset will reduce hustle to track count of mechanic points.
