Guys, today when I logged into the game I noticed that I had received an email from the RoR team, it was a helmet. But he has a problem. There is no icon, inside the bag it is like an empty slot and nothing appears when equipped.

Same here mail that's empty

The mail is not empty. You could take the item, just the icon visual is bugged and stay at your inv as empty slot althou it is not and you could hover over it.
It is known bug and they prolly will fix it soon enough
