We'll see how the WL stuff goes, but as choppa didn't get an aoe ranged pull that debuffs in/outgoing heals with a 5sec CD, I'll just focus on the holiday event for now.

Thanks for the 2x event, got my Witch Hunter from level 22 to 40 and renown rank 70 with 5/6 Vanquisher.

Sorry gonna go toxic a bit....
Why even bother do that meaningless change on SWs.... It doesnt worth the time you spent to edit the code.... It doesnt even worth mentioning it in the forum tbh. Even if you hadnt said a single word, none would notice such a minor change... I just logged on my 900 ws/ 1060 ballistc 83rr fully geared SW. I armordebuffed + spammed eagle eye on a non guarded WE...... 450 dmg crit.... for a 1 second (with tactic) casted spell..... Going back to sorc... SWs are still trash... And no I wont play melee SW, I like my 2handed choppa better as a mDPS.... SWs are not supposed to be melee dps.

If it critted for 450 damage then there was guard or something else. Distracting bellow, challenge, detau nt, etc

Patch note was worded slightly wrong - this is a field called the Primary Stat Multiplier that got adjusted.
Primary Stat Multiplier is calculated like this...
Damage += ((stat / 10.0f) * damageInfo.PriStatMultiplier * interval * 2.0f);
Interval is the amount of time, in seconds, that it takes for another tick to fire (or if it's a DD, 1.5s)
So in WL's case, PSM was set to 1.5 for coordinated strike. It's now set to 0.75. It's effectively a halved Primary Stat Multiplier, which is why the patch note says 50%, but you may see different results ingame.
Also - we missed applying the patch ingame when the servers came back up but hotfixed it in. Please give it another try Gitbane.

Shattering Blow used to scale without a weapon modifier. Blindside's DoT did not factor in MainHand damage either. Only the initial hit did.
