Almost all the tome items are more defensive in stats and bonuses to make them usable by as many classes as possible. Otherwise there'd have to be 4x as many sets.

notice there's also no STR, INT or Willpower bonuses

i dont get why they even added so many separate stats for different classes, when weapons/armors are already class-restricted, this is just bad gamedesign which adds nothing but problems

Seeing as the Bastion Stair remains unaccessible for now, I have added more Bloodbeasts to the Tower of Awakening PQ in the Chaos Wastes.

They no longer dwell out there. Seems so. Only Twisted Bloodletters

It seems like the Twisted Hounds are now friendly targets for Destruction. Iv'e created a bug tracker today, named "T4 accessory tome unlock bug (Twisted Hounds are friendly for Destro!) #7290"
