KoTBS hands down with 2h sword. Can kill everything except healing healers. I remember WE's trying to gank me and I insta punted and staggered them. When stagger was 7sec it was a lolhouse.
SW after this because it is easy and OP. But when I 1st played it, it could not hit enemies who were closer than 5ft.
Finally, the DoK. It has it all. Style, abilities...everything.
Edit: I forgot Mara. I have made 5 maras on original server. None managed to get over lvl 25. I was deleting them since I had other toons to lvl up. Now I will not make that mistake again.

@jonathanmurphy3 This is why there is the option to play s/b. Everything depends of the situation. Afaik when I played I had to be 90% s/b. This means all the time in t4 and most of the time in t1-t3. But: In t3, I killed a mara s/b in 10 secs. Then I put my 2h and when he returned full of wrath I killed him in 3 secs. I am pretty sure that this cannot happen in t4 since maras get many tools.
On the other hand, I have seen t2 KoTBS with Runefang facerolling everything in melee, be it maras or WE's. Except DPS DoK's ofc.

If he used m2 "Champion of the Emperor", this guy would be wrecking everything even harder. He has good positioning as well. Keeping everything in front of you, gives you more chances to win, no matter what you play.

He is using the M2 alot in these fights (e.g. 1:07, 2:08, 3:10 and 4:42).

My two cents on the video:

I can't believe that the knight on the vid is mouseturning+clicking and the enemies mostly still can't manage to stay in his back.
On the fight 1:14 you see, that the witch elf even has the corrosion proc from the conqueror set (diamond-like fx on the knight everytime it is procing, same icon as the marauder ability "mutating release") but still her damage is bad.
The marauder in 2:02 is opening the fight with his ae knockdown for no reason and is only switching to monstro stance as he is almost dead (additionally ae spec on the marauder is far worse than "cookie cutter" imo).
The choppa seems to have the warlord corrosion proc, which is even higher than the WEs conqueror.
The zealot on 5:25 shows the behaviour of a bot, executing his waypoint routine.

I think we don't see an exceptional knight here, but a lot of underwhelming destros.
Generally i think this is one of the videos, that has the purpose to make the creator look much better than he actually is.
