Is the log in server down ?

The login server seems to have been down all day for me, but it seems there are still people online. Is there a problem with it or could it be a local problem. thanks.

I been having this same issue for days, I get this:

but I go to another computer and it works and my friends log in, then I restart and that PC that worked no longer works but my main PC does. So there seems to be a problem with he login server/web server launcher ping to check the status. Have a friend or two with same issue.

There's a few post in the Technical Forum about this too but no one from the game side seems to have answered any of them in days. You try to go in the Discord and get booted before you can even PM anyone to verify your a player...so I don't know what gives.
