Could not download file from server.(WAR-64.exe)

Pretty much title. Downloaded client, moved all files to a folder on my desktop, installed Direct X files using link on this site. I made sure to uncheck Read only and have added exceptions to Windows Defender and can't connect. I googled my issue and the threads on this board made in the past seemed to indicate the issue was with the server and not end user. I might've left something out but would love to get in. Thanks and have a nice day.

Edit: I was able to get in last night without much trouble.
