I want to post a clip from Robb stream where I show him our pull cancel mechanic cause I've seen a lot of people doesn't know about it. I suppose that work as intendeed, a lot of SW are doing it (Fenryl 5 mins before on the same stream).

Basically if you use whirlwind after around 1 sec of the marauder pull "line" appearing you can cancel the pull. You need to time it right, take some practice, if you do it too soon or too late the pull goes off and you're without your disengage!

I love doing this. Not only because it saves me from dying but also knowing that, for the most part, it'll drive some players to absolute rage. At least I hope it does.

I can't replicate it consistently. Seems like sync error or lag.
I have to be close enough to the enemy to jump back, and cast time of the pull is 2 sec., so if I use Whirlwind after 1 or 2 seconds after line appears it does nothing. At 2.5-3 sec. after the line appears, just before the arrival to the mara, there is a small time window when it's possible to jump back, but it's just normal use of Whirlwind, nothing like teleport at 0:17 of that video.

If u say so... some said that AM/Shamman immunity with InstaRez tactic was not a bug, and see what happened
