Thanks Karast, but I have read all the threads regarding optimizing addons and make those changes, it didn't help me. The game is running at the worst visual settings possible. This lag has nothing to do with this in my opinion, its on the server side of things or there are far deep issues within code. The game was running 10 times better a month ago. Perhaps there are too many chefs in the kitchen? <shrug>Karast wrote:Are you running any addons? Whether its due to the change in zone control forcing more players into one zone increasing latency or lack of memory dumps.... something has changed.

Re: Random freeze frames that last 1-5 seconds
I have been experiencing this issue as well. Lately, say stating from within the last month, the constant lag within game runs somewhere between one and two seconds, so that what I see on screen in regard to positions of other players is history at least one to two seconds old. This is very detrimental during any fight. In addition during mass fights such as occur in keep assaults or defense, the lag renders the game almost unplayable.

At the twenty second mark I appear to catch up to the Ork. You can see I am trying to activate an attack but of course no attack occurs because the Ork is not really located where the imagery says he is.
At the twenty-five second mark the Ork blips out to his actual location, and then the process repeats itself. I appear to be catching up but at the 54 second mark he blips again.
I do not run any add-ons. If anyone can help explain this it would be greatly appreciated.
