Why would it be nerfed its a 2nd morale skill?, The only reason SW was nerfed was because the arrow ability bypassed all resistance it was a ability bug, Now people think classes will be nerfed to the left and right i can tell you now it wont happen, and since you dont have a argument for it i dont even see why
It wasn't a bug, the tactic allowed Festering Arrow to bypass all resistances but it was deemed too strong. I also don't think that we will see changes left and right, but KotBS might just get some changes.

I wouldn't say the KotBS stand a level above Chosens, just slightly better. You also can't underestimate how good IBs can be in T4, and to an extent T3. BGs are also pretty good but have to wait 'til T4 before they truly shine and lastly, BOs and SMs seem to be one trick ponies atm with the way initiative debuffs work from T1-T3 but might drop off a little bit in T4.

Actually it seems logical, that morale +stats should not stacks with tactics +stats.
KOTBS is already getting to much profit form constantly having a runefang and it is placing him step above other tanks in game - being still in def spec, he can do quiet a lot damage. And with 2nd morale tobs with shield will be nearly capped with STR, tough, and wounds.
In my opinian changes should be done, at least while we are at t3.

The KotBS tactic and Morale only effects the knight themselves and not the entire party. I must disagree with you, stacking morale on top of normal abilities sometimes is required to burn through a target that is guarded and getting massive heals. Otherwise you just waste a morale... ;)

In trms of general grp usefulness what does Chosen bring to the table that super ceeds that which kotbs provides?

Off the top of my head I can think of only 2, really and that’s destined for victory and crippling strikes

Kotbs provides much more for a grp with a base 20% grp crit, and 15% grp heal along with the typical benefits of auras
AoE root with M3, 4 target root that all tanks have, and multi target snare with slice through

And as penril pointed out, the interaction between their m2 and runefang

Kotbs can provide more for a group than chosen can

I never denied that IB or BG wasn’t good, but neither of them are as strong or important to grp play as aura tanks

So the target has atleast 2 people protecting it (tank for guard + healer) therefor it is justified that 1 tank should be able to soft cap stats for 30s even with defensive gear an be able to kill that guarded and healed target?

KotBS were able to easily cap Str, WS, Wounds and Tough while the other tanks had to work their asses off just to cap 2. On top of that they were able to spec +20% crit and have a "detaunt" with Vigilance.

Ridiculous. The trade off is usually: "If you want to dps, then you will be squishier. If you want to be super tanky, then you will hit like a wet noodle". Yet KotBS can have it all.

I hope this class gets looked into one day (most OP class in WAR along with Mara, but the later was like that due to bugged tactics which won't be the same in RoR).
