New Launcher Issues

After reset password, follow all the advice in the webpage and this thread, read the 23 pages six times and found someone that doesn't have any characters in his account, i can confirm that in my case the kill task advice ad retry doesn't give me back my toons, neither other variants like click quit game an manually close the launcher,etc.. I have tried 50 consecutive times each method. So there is any other way to recover my characters?

I'm in the same boat as Nakkio, after a couple of hours I figured out the whole launcher issue and login button work around. However I've successfully launched the game at least 20 times now, yet in game does not connect to the server (black box in mid right side remains blank). As such it's impossible to actually create character/play the game.

I closed my 32 bit session. It worked 1st try. Went into options and selected the 64 Bit one. I figured it would re DL that. It apparently didn't but it redid the Manifest and all the files afterwards then crashed with socket issues or if it went past that went into a black screen and I could hear the scenimatic of the game until i <ESC> and then nothing.

Your account, as in your forum name, Ashlar046, has no characters on it, I would suggest you are using the wrong account name.

Upps you were right. I was using my regular nick that it a different one. I put the correct username and works like a charm. Thank you so much for check it. I was getting crazy trying to found out was i was doing wrong.

I need help, pls!!! I am not able to enter the game, it downloads the laucher and nothing happens ! I tried several times, the connection button is gray. what should I do, I'm desperate because if I do not play I die!

Not sure why, but after logging into the game, then exiting, letting the launcher update, then logging in and playing for a few, the launcher is no longer in the game folder. After a search of my computer, its not anywhere on my system. If I try to run the RoRUpdater.exe, It cannot find the launcher either.

I loaded the update unfortunately restarted before logging in, restarted again went thru the entire process again entered name password had grey button pressed anyway game did not load. Tried again same result, tried as admin same result. renamed updater downloaded a new updater tried again same result. Tried in both 32bit and 64bit help

I really don't know what to do..
I'm re-downloading the client from torrent again and I will try again in a few hours.

Done everything possible but still can't get past the empty box in the main menu. I have everything with "Read only" unchecked, 32bit or 64bit is the same also starting it as admin doesn't change it.

I tried restarting my connection to change IP like 5 times or so but the ingame login doesn't budge
