Client download issues and troubleshooting

Hey - So I've downloaded everything set all up and no problem running the program through the launcher etc. But when I get to character creation and try and input a name it says the Name is already taken or Invalid. It does this if I try various different names or even if I use the name creator.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There currently is a bug, where if you choose a name someone already has, the client is forced into a loop where it will refuse any name chosen.

What you need to do, is reload the game and remake the character, until you pick a name that isn't taken (on first attempt).

my friend got error (0xc00007b) when he try to get in the game. u know how to fix that?

Try reinstalling your .net framework packages.

A further google (now I had more time to look) of this code gave me this:

solution for 0xc000007b error :
it just happened when you installed 32 bit applications in 64 bit operating systems...because of DLL files problem..
to solve this problem download DLL files give below..(just search in google.com)
1.xinput1_1.dll
2.xinput1_2.dll
3.xinput1_3.dll
4.xInput1_4.dll
5.XInput9_1_0.dll

after downloading copy those files into c:\windows\SysWOW64 (if asks for replace just replace it)..
note : some files not copied because they are currently using by operating system but not a problem......just leave those files not copied..
this solution worked for 99% of Games and Applications.....
