Aniversary quest issue

Hi, i have some issues with some rewards. Few days ago, before the quest fix i've chosed the token instead the cape, and now i cant reclaim it. I can tell a Gm to have the cape or i cant do anything? Thanks for your time.

The cape reward will be added to a vendor on Order side soon, so people who missed out on it because the quest was bugged can get it. No plans to add a token vendor in case anyone wonders.

Well that leaves me out in the cold i got the stupid cape and did not want it, i want the Koss helm token
