Looking for a Guardian WL build

Hey guys! I'm looking for a viable guard wl build. I'm talking about renown points, mastery points, what kind of equipment I should get, what stats should I focus on and finally what spells should I use. I know it's a lot but I really like this class and wish to get better at it. Thank you!

Yeah, basically what Torq in other topic posted is most viable Guardian specc.

Atm i am just wondering if i should slot full wounds or 50/50 wounds and toughness...
SM 82 / IB 82 / KOTBS 82 / WL 82 / WP 72 / SW 75
CH 77 / BG 6X / BO 6X / WE 6X / MAG 6X ...and others.
