Does the tactic "Growing Instability" works when im using monstrosity path?
"Growing instability" tactic is under brutality path.

Tactics that only work in one stance will say so in the description, such as "Scything Talons".

You can use GI tactic in all stances and your damage will be increased. "Scything Talons", "Corrupted Edge" and "Hulking Brute" tactics are stance based so if you change your stance,you will lose the tactic bonuses.
